1. Do you bring your own cleaning supplies, or do I need to provide you with my own?
We bring all of our own cleaning products and equipment. If there is something in particular that you have and would want us to use, we will be happy to do so. We encourage the use of your own vacuum to reduce the spread of allergens, but we do provide them if you choose to have us use ours.
2. Do I need to be present at the time of service?
You will need to be present for your free assessment. After this point, you no longer need to be present for any services. We will discuss entrance options at your assessment.
3. When is payment expected?
Payment is expected at the time of the service. Although permitted at anytime, pre-payment is ONLY required for any special that we run.
4. What types of payment are accepted?
We accept cash, credit (with small fee), and/or check. Please make checks payable to Maid Like New.
5. Is Maid Like New a team or just one person?
Maid Like New consists of a team of fantastic individuals. We will be the only ones in your home. If for any instance we bring on another team member, we will give you the opportunity to meet them before they are permitted to enter your home. It will always be your choice who is permitted in your home or business.
6. Are your services ever on sale?
Yes! We offer various deals and promotions on our Facebook page. Be sure to "Like" us on Facebook so you don't miss out on anything!
7. Do you offer a referral program?
Yes! For every three referrals that book a service and mention your name, you will receive a FREE deep clean!
8. Do I need to tidy up before you get here?
No! This is something that a lot of people worry about when having someone else come into their home to clean. We do not expect to walk into a clean and tidy home when we are the ones hired to make it look like that! Just relax and we will take care of everything.
9. Do you use any allergy friendly products?
Yes! We have products that are all-natural without any harsh chemicals. Some of these products are also fragrance-free. Should you need these fragrance-free products, please mention so at your assessment or when we discuss your service.
10. Can I buy a cleaning or organizing service for someone else?
Yes! We offer Maid Like New gift certificates for any occasion or just because. You can purchase these gift certificates in any amount for any time. Contact us to get one now!
11. What happens if my clean has been cancelled?
If your clean is cancelled by us for any reason other than weather or holidays, Maid Like New will gaurentee a reschedule within 3 business days if requested.
